Enquiries and coaching
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the contact details and content you voluntarily provide to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare and deliver agreed coaching. Please do not send particularly sensitive information through these contact channels.
Hosting by Replit
This website is hosted by Replit. Replit and its infrastructure partners may process technical data such as IP address, browser information, time, requested pages and server logs to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. Processing may take place outside Switzerland, including in the United States.
Google Analytics and consent
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only when a measurement ID is configured and you explicitly opt in to analytics cookies. Without consent, no GA4 cookies are set and no analytics events or requests are sent. When enabled, Google processes usage and device information for statistical analysis; according to Google, GA4 does not store IP addresses. Advertising, remarketing and personalisation signals remain disabled.
Google Fonts
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google necessarily receives technical connection data, including your IP address. These font requests are independent of Google Analytics. Information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
WhatsApp / Meta
WhatsApp is not embedded and opens only when you follow an external link. When you use it, WhatsApp/Meta processes communication and technical data under its own terms. Email is available as an alternative. Information: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.
International transfers
Replit, Google and WhatsApp/Meta may process data outside Switzerland or the EEA. Where required, transfers must be protected by recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Access by foreign authorities nevertheless cannot be excluded.
Storage and retention
Your cookie choice is stored locally in your browser until you change it or clear browser data. Enquiries and coaching records are retained only as long as needed for their purpose or legal obligations and then deleted. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s retention rules. If analytics is enabled, retention follows the Google Analytics property settings; contact us for details.
Your rights and withdrawal
Subject to applicable data protection law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability, and complain to the competent data protection authority, including the Swiss FDPIC. Withdraw analytics consent at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact: hello@clarityatelier.ch.
