Scope and services
These terms describe personal coaching by Clarity Atelier Böhi. Services are a free 30-minute Clarity Conversation, Clarity Intensive (1 × 90 minutes), Mini Container (3 × 75 minutes), and Clarity Container (6 × 75 minutes). Scope and format are agreed individually. Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice or crisis care. No particular outcome is guaranteed.
Private quotations and booking
Prices are not published. Before a binding booking, you receive a written quotation stating scope, total price, any taxes, payment terms and scheduling conditions. A contract begins only on mutual written confirmation. The free initial conversation creates no obligation to book.
Payment
Payment method and due dates are specified in your personal written quotation. No additional services or fees arise without prior express agreement.
Cancellation, no-show and rescheduling
Applicable cancellation deadlines and any consequences of late cancellation or a no-show are specified in the written quotation before booking; this draft sets no blanket fees. Please request changes as early as possible. Rescheduling depends on mutual availability. If Lydia cancels, an alternative date will be agreed or the undelivered service refunded.
Termination
You may end coaching by informing Lydia in writing. Delivered services and remaining sessions are settled according to the written quotation and mandatory law. Either party may terminate for good cause; mandatory termination rights remain unaffected.
Client responsibility and safety
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions and implementation. Tell Lydia if coaching is unsuitable for your situation. In immediate danger call 112; for medical emergencies call 144. The Helping Hand offers English emotional support on 0800 143 000 from 18:00 to 23:00; 143 serves German, French and Italian speakers.
Confidentiality and limits
Personal content is treated confidentially, subject to legal disclosure duties or protection against immediate danger. Coaching does not automatically carry medical or lawyer-client professional secrecy. External communication providers have their own privacy terms; see the privacy policy.
Liability
No particular result is promised. Mandatory statutory liability, particularly for intent and gross negligence, remains unaffected. Any further permissible limitations require individual agreement and legal review.
Intellectual property
Materials provided are for your personal use. Copying, publishing or commercially sharing them requires prior written permission from the rights holder. Your own content remains yours.
Law, jurisdiction and language
Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory protections. Winterthur is the intended place of jurisdiction where legally permissible; mandatory venues remain unaffected. Where the German and English versions differ, the German version prevails unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
